Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bubble Wordz, a mobile word game published by Melvine Leclerc. By installing, accessing, or using Bubble Wordz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
About Bubble Wordz
Bubble Wordz is a mobile word game where players form words and complete game objectives. The app may include gameplay features, optional virtual items, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and social sharing features.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use Bubble Wordz under the laws that apply to you and under the rules of the app store or platform from which you downloaded the app. Bubble Wordz is not intended for children under 13.
User Conduct
You agree to use Bubble Wordz only for lawful and fair purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the app, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, misuse social sharing features, interfere with other users, or use the app in a way that violates third-party platform rules.
Game Content and Virtual Items
Bubble Wordz may include game content, scores, rewards, currencies, cosmetic items, boosts, or other virtual items. These items are provided for use inside the app only. They do not have real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued as part of normal app operation.
Purchases and Subscriptions
If Bubble Wordz offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, they are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment, refund, cancellation, and subscription rules. Melvine Leclerc does not directly process your payment card information. Purchase availability, pricing, taxes, refunds, and renewals may depend on Google Play and your region.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
Bubble Wordz may display advertising and use third-party services for ads, analytics, consent management, crash reporting, diagnostics, platform features, and billing. These services may operate under their own terms and policies. Advertising availability and personalization may depend on your device settings, region, consent choices, and applicable law.
TikTok and Social Sharing
Bubble Wordz or related tools such as Bubble Studio may allow you to connect your own TikTok account to share content. If you choose to connect TikTok, you authorize the requested access during the TikTok OAuth flow. Bubble Wordz does not publish videos automatically without your action or explicit confirmation. You are responsible for the content you choose to share and for complying with TikTok's rules.
Intellectual Property
Bubble Wordz, including its software, design, game content, branding, and related materials, is owned by Melvine Leclerc or licensed to Melvine Leclerc. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may use the app only as allowed by these Terms and applicable platform rules.
Disclaimer
Bubble Wordz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or platform version.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Melvine Leclerc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of Bubble Wordz. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of Bubble Wordz after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
