I worked with the IT leadership committee to prepare and run workshops on project management.
Context
The IT leadership team wanted to review its management practices and use of project data through a series of workshops.
Preparation and facilitation
- Collected reported difficulties and summarized organizational blockers.
- Analyzed project indicators with IT leadership.
- Designed the workshop program and practical cases around the identified issues.
