My role and scope
I set the MVP’s functional priorities for developers based on the needs of commercial and technical teams.
Context
The mc2i teams were preparing a tool to assess tenders from a European banking sector leader. They needed shared criteria for reviewing commercial opportunities.
Product definition and coordination
- Led workshops to define the prequalification features needed in the MVP.
- Wrote epics and user stories; prioritized them by business need and technical feasibility.
- Facilitated Scrum meetings and coordinated with developers.
- Collected user feedback and prepared feature acceptance criteria.
Product deliverables
- MVP backlog with prioritized epics and user stories.
- Acceptance criteria for prequalification features and change requests drawn from user feedback.
