My role and scope
I coordinated five developers and prioritized work with business teams. I also prepared the data and built the Power BI dashboards.
Context
Ecodair was updating the tools used by its Finance, Supply Chain and Production teams. The projects covered business applications and operational and financial reporting.
Development coordination
- Gathered requirements and wrote specifications and user stories.
- Prioritized the backlog and facilitated agile meetings with developers.
- Coordinated five developers and tracked project schedules and budgets.
Data and user support
- Cleaned and prepared data using Python and SQL.
- Designed Power BI dashboards for operational and financial reporting.
- Supported users and collected requests for tool changes.
