Le Père Noël est-il un Rocker ? - Production Director
As volunteer production director, I organized logistics for “Le Père Noël est-il un Rocker ?” in the Lille metropolitan area. Concert proceeds fund toys that the association distributes to children through local community centers.
My remit covered venues and suppliers, artist hospitality and on-site operations. I supervised 50 people and coordinated 15 vehicles to transport teams, artists and equipment.
Together, the festival team welcomed 5,000 attendees. The edition provided toys for 3,000 children.
Suppliers and contracts
- Negotiated quotes for catering, stage equipment and vehicle rental.
- Managed venue contracts and organizer liability insurance.
- Organized on-site security teams and medical cover.
Teams and logistics
- Recruited, trained and supervised 50 people for the festival nights.
- Scheduled 15 vehicles and coordinated artist and equipment transfers.
- Managed setup and breakdown across venues, assigned tasks and handled incidents during concerts.
Artist hospitality
- Reviewed artists’ technical riders and adapted equipment to venue constraints.
- Organized accommodation, catering and transfers for the bands.
- Coordinated with stage managers, sound engineers and lighting crews.
